How to Find Us

The Quay Cafe overlooks the beautiful Taw Estuary, and is housed in a renovated railway station on the Tarka Trail at Fremington Quay, 3 miles south of Barnstaple.

By road you will find us just off the B3233 to Instow, down a single track road indicated by a small brown sign. We have free parking for customers as well as bike stands for the use of cyclists.

Opening Hours

We are open throughout the year, excepting Mondays during school term time. Our opening hours are:
10.30 - 5.00 from February half term to the end of the October half term
10.30 - 4.30 during the winter months
Lunches are served daily 12.00 - 3.00
